Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZynU Host ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon posting.

Description of Service

ZynU Host provides free file hosting and sharing services. Users may upload supported file types and receive permanent shareable links. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use ZynU Host only for lawful purposes. You must not upload, share, or link to content that:

• Is illegal under applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks
• Contains malware, viruses, or any harmful software
• Constitutes spam, phishing, or deceptive material
• Depicts child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — violations will be reported to relevant authorities immediately
• Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination against any individual or group
• Violates any person's privacy or contains non-consensual intimate imagery

File Uploads and Storage

Files are accepted up to 4MB per upload. By uploading a file, you represent that you have the right to distribute the content. You retain ownership of your uploaded content. By uploading, you grant ZynU Host a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and serve the file for the purpose of operating the Service.

Delete Tokens

Each upload generates a unique delete token displayed once at the time of upload. This token is your only means of deleting the file. ZynU Host does not store delete tokens in a recoverable form after display. Keep your delete token safe — we cannot restore it if lost.

Uptime and Availability

We aim to keep ZynU Host available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or events beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages arising from service interruptions.

Termination and Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate access to the Service, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. We will act promptly on valid abuse reports and legal notices.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that files will be retained indefinitely. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZynU Host and TrafCodes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts.
