ZynU Host ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using ZynU Host, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
Files you upload. When you upload a file, we store the file content, its filename, MIME type, and file size. We do not inspect the contents of files beyond what is necessary to serve them.
Automatically collected data. We may collect your IP address, browser type, and referrer URL for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and error logging. This data is not sold or shared with third parties.
Account data (optional). If you choose to create an account, we store your email address through our authentication provider. Account creation is entirely optional — the service works fully without one.
How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to: deliver and improve the service, prevent abuse and enforce rate limits, display aggregated view counts on share pages, and respond to support requests. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to any third party.
Cookies
ZynU Host uses minimal cookies strictly for authentication session management. We do not use tracking cookies or behavioral advertising cookies. Third-party ad providers on share pages (Adsterra) may set their own cookies subject to their own privacy policies.
Third-Party Advertising
Share pages display advertisements served by Adsterra. These ad networks may collect anonymized data such as your IP address and browser information for ad targeting purposes. Please refer to Adsterra's privacy policy for more details. You can opt out of interest-based ads through industry opt-out tools.
File Retention and Deletion
Uploaded files are stored indefinitely unless you choose to delete them using the delete token provided at upload time. We reserve the right to remove files that violate our Terms of Service. We do not proactively scan file contents, but may act on valid abuse reports.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Children's Privacy
ZynU Host is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of ZynU Host after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
